Rules of Appointment of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare
Candidates wishing to participate in the Examination in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will fill the application form on http: /hsd.teletalk.com.bd website. In addition, full recruitment notification along with the forms, submission instructions and other applicable conditions and information can also be found on the website of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (www.hsd.gov.bd).
Application
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Recruitment Notice The date and time to complete the application form and the start of the exam fee deposit fee in 2021: 1/12/2012 dated 6.30pm. Candidates who received the user ID within that timeframe will submit the exam fee on SMS within the next 12 (seventy-two) hours from the time of submit.
Application age
Appointment notification for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare should be 8-12 years of age on 1/12/2012. Affidavit is not acceptable for age proof.
Applicant
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Recruitment Notice Notice in 2021 that the candidates working in government, semi-government and autonomous institutions must apply with the permission of the appropriate authority. Candidates will need to select the Option of Departmental Candidate at the time of completing all the conditions of the job.
This condition does not apply to others. However, all the job candidates will have to submit the original copy of the non -objection exemption certificate by the recruiting authority during the oral examination.

2. Since the information filled with online application in the Mohfw Job Circular 2025 will be used in all the next activities, the candidate himself will be confirmed himself about the accuracy of all the information filled with online before submit.
1. The candidate will preserve a print copy of the application form completed on the MOHFW Job on the online.
Accurate information and signature connected
The application form will be displayed on the MOHFW Job Circular 2025 by properly filling the application form and submitting the signature in the instructions and submitting the application. The candidate who completed the application form accurately will get a user ID, photo and 5 applicant’s copy of the signed. The applicant’s copy candidate will print or download and store it.
HSD Job Circular 2025 Examination fee submission
Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Job Circular 2025 will be given a User ID number in Applicant’s Copy and using the user ID number in the following method by any Teletalk Pre-Paid Mobile number 2 SMS for the examination 1/- (1) (one). 12/- (bar only) with a total of 12/- (only one hundred times) bucks,
1/- (only fifty) for the series, Teletalk service charge 1/- (six only) Taka 1/- (impression only) and for all the backward citizens 1/- (fifty), Teletalk service charge 1/- (six only) with a total of Rs.
Specially noted “Although all part of the online application form is submitted, the online application form will not be accepted until the Mohfw Job Circular 2025 exam fee is submitted.”
First sms: HSD
Example: HSD abcdef
Reply: Applicant’s name, tk. Xxx will be charged as application fee. Your pin is xxxxxxxxxx. To pay fee type HSD
Second sms: HSD
Example: HSD YES xxxxxxxxxx
Reply: Congratulations Applicant’s name, Payment Completed successfully for HSD xxxxxxxxxxxxx user id is (abcdef) and password (xxxxxxxxx).
In receipt of the admit card and examination
The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will not be informed that receiving the admit card in 2021 2021 will be informed at http: /hsd.teletalk.com.bd or Website at the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare: www.hsd.gov.bd and SMS on the candidate’s mobile phone (only eligible candidates) on the mobile phone. All communications related to the examination will be completed on the candidate’s mobile phone given in the online application form, so it is recommended to keep the number active, read SMS and follow the instructions received immediately.
Oral examination rules
A written and oral examination will be taken for all the posts of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare 2021.
Candidates who have passed the Candle/ Computer Typical/ Computer AppTud Test will be eligible for the oral examination among the candidates who have passed the written test for the post described in the order.
Candidates who have passed the Computer Type /Computer AppTood Test will be eligible for the oral examination among the candidates who have passed the written test for the post described in No 2.
Candidates must show the original copy of the following certificates during the oral examination:
1. All the educational qualifications, experience, citizenship, character and all types of training certificates and completed application form should be submitted.
2. In the case of the freedom fighters, martyrs freedom fighters and the children of Birangana, the certificate issued by the appropriate authority should be submitted under the latest directive of the government.
3. In the quota of small ethnic groups, applicants should submit a certificate issued by the appropriate authority.
3. In the case of physically handicapped and third gender quota, applicants should submit a certificate issued by the appropriate authority.
Authority
1. Candidates from all the districts of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare will apply for the appointment of 2021.
2. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Job Circular 2025 uses the user ID and password sent to the post number, post name, picture, test date, time, time and venue name, etc. The candidate will show this admit card at the time of participation in the written exam and if passed.

1. The existing regulations of the government in the appointment and subsequently any amendments will be followed.
1. If the quota candidate is not found in the quota prescribed in the Mohfw Job Circular 2025, the vacant posts of the quota will be filled from the general merit list.
1. The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Recruitment Notice 2021 for any TA/DA to participate in the written, oral and practical examination. Will not be provided;
1. The decision of the appointing authority on the subject of recruitment will be final.
1. The authorities reserve the right to reduce the number of posts mentioned in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Appointment or to cancel any post or complete notification.
1. Defective/incomplete application form will be considered canceled without showing any reason.
Declaration
In the declaration section of the online application form in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare should be announced in the declaration section of the online application form that all the information provided by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare is correct and true by the candidate.
